What is ready?

We connect guests to restaurants directly on their phone so they can view the menu, order, pay, review and redeem loyalty points all in one seamless, connected experience. No app download, no account sign-up, no additional labor and no hardware is required. We’re laser focused on providing best in class tech to help restaurants remove all the friction that gets in the way of great hospitality.


What is a DIGITAL MENU?

It’s exactly like a traditional paper menu, but on a guest’s phone. It saves restaurant operators cleaning physical menus after each use, or helps them avoid single-use menus altogether which can be costly and wasteful. Upon viewing the restaurant’s digital menu, guests have the option to order through the server and pay later with our ‘pay at table’ product, or order on their device with what we call a ‘virtual kiosk’.


What is Pay at table?

Pay at table allows guests to enjoy a more traditional/ interactive style of dining then pay when they like without exchanging cash, providing a physical card or touching a POS terminal.  A scan or tap of a table code nearby connects them directly to the POS so they can safely view the check, pay it in part or in full with their preferred payment method and go in just a tap or two. Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit cards are supported.


what IS a virtual kiosk?  

Essentially, a ‘virtual kiosk’ is technology that means a guest can use their own phone to do everything that right now requires a server and a POS terminal to do on-premise. Guests can use it to order items, split, tip, pay and indicate how they’d like their order to get to them. It encompasses the entire dining experience, from beginning to end. We support ‘order now or ahead’ functionality for on-premise pick-up, ‘order to seat’, ‘order to car’, wherever guests are. It’s incredibly flexible and puts the guest in control while alleviating reliance on staff.


so is it like a delivery app but for on-premise?

Sort of, but we remove the need to have an app at all. Research has shown up to 65% of people won’t download an app so our platform is completely open and integrated directly to the POS. Our focus is on it being easy to use so guests can ‘Ready, check, go’.

Of a pool of 180 users recently surveyed, 99.45% indicated they would ‘use this payment option again’- you can’t get a much better experience than that. On top of that Ready is designed the most intuitive, frictionless product it could possibly be to ensure the highest possible guest adoption. We remove the unneeded, unfriendly and unnecessary wherever we can. (And in terms of a great ‘User Experience’ we have this to prove it).
